A distinctive silhouette

Rising from Cuba Street Gardens, 25 Cuba’s distinctive tower challenges conventional high-rise design, presenting a dynamic, textural structure inspired by the material sensibility of Jean Prouvé.

A sculptural arrival

The sculptural concrete plinth creates a dramatic sense of arrival, with sweeping forms inspired by Carlo Scarpa’s expressive use of concrete. Carefully considered openings connect the building to Cuba Street Gardens, bringing architecture, landscape and public space together.

Shaped for the skyline

As the building rises, horizontal elements give way to bold vertical details, creating a distinctive architectural rhythm. The tower culminates in a castellated pinnacle that gives 25 Cuba a recognisable presence on London’s skyline.

Material expression

Richly pigmented cast concrete and precision-crafted aluminium come together to create a façade defined by texture, depth and changing light.
